The Almont District Library Board of Trustees consists of 7 trustees elected by the Almont Township/Village constituents.

 Current Board Members are:

• Lynn Marta, Vice President
• Cindie Wade, Secretary
• Dolores Bartlett, Treasurer
• Tom Gwisdalla, Trustee
• Lawrence Bosek, Trustee
• Melissa Kotynia, Trustee

The Almont District Library Board meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at the library unless otherwise posted. These meetings are open to the public.

Duties of the Board of Trustees:

The duties of the Board of Trustees is to govern the operation of  the library premises, adopt policies, bylaws, rules and regulations according to the Michigan Public Library Trustee Manual.

Trustee Requirements:

 Anyone interested in becoming a trustee of the Almont District Library must be a resident of Almont Township or Village. All interested persons may contact the Director for more information.
